Currently we offer the following technology services:

Computer Problem Diagnosis/Assessment and Repair (if possible):
Any computer that begins to act strangely or cannot run properly falls under this category.  Most often, the fixes are simple and happen quickly.*

Computer Setup and Personalization:
Often when buying a computer, or other electronics, they come with multiple parts and wires.  This service allows for your computer to be connected and configured in your own home to your own specifications.  Whether you are new to technology, or simply want the benefit of not having to do it yourself, this service will allow you to quickly and easily have a personalized computer to work with.

Tutoring:
This service encompasses several different items.  Whether you would like to know more about a computer program or simply just how to use your phone to a deeper extent, tutoring will allow you to reach your goals fully.  Tutoring is given at your pace, on your schedule, and with your own device.  Whether it is 30 minutes or 2 hours, you will come away from the meeting with the confidence that you have learned something new.

Pricing:
The current rate for services is $30 per hour; rounded to the nearest 15 minute.   Each customer will be scheduled for a 2 hour slot of time.  However, you do not need to use up the entire 2 hours assigned to you.  If you would like additional time (over 2 hours) please say so when scheduling an appointment.  Also, as a service to you, the customer, should we be unable to meet your service request (computer problem unresolved) then you will not be required to pay anything.



*Please note:  Currently this business is not certified to take apart any computers.  If you desire some sort of work that requires the computer to be physically opened up, then you will receive a referral to another business.  If the customer is still adamant that the part be repaired by this business, then the part will be replaced.  All costs incurred from the part will be passed on to customer in the bill.  Pricing for the time worked on replacing the part is applied at the normal rate.
